Alchemic Print

As a printer I have always been fascinated by how art and writing have gone hand in hand through the ages. The transmission of information through a printed image is a form of alchemy to me. My works incorporate the use of this ‘magic’ to explore how shape, color, and pattern invite the viewer to see something new and intimate in the form of an art book.

Alicia's Klassic Kool Shoppe

Alicia's Klassic Kool Shoppe is a one woman (+ collaborators) small press, artist, and publisher. Her collages, created from an archive of photocopied images, serve as speculative windows to explore possible worlds. The compositions are translated using screen printing and risograph methods to produce prints, books, textiles, and other multiples.
