Clarine Lee

Clarine Lee

Pennsylvania

Clarine Lee is a multimedia artist whose practice centers on book forms, photography, and textiles, often combining these mediums to explore themes of illegibility, fragmented memory, loss, and ephemerality. Her work invites viewers to engage with the transient and often obscured nature of memory, prompting reflection on what is preserved, what fades, and why. Through book forms, Lee manipulates sequence, layering, and tactile interaction to create intimate, narrative experiences that mirror the fragile nature of recollection.
