The annual PABF is a free annual event dedicated to printed matter featuring local, national, and international exhibitors. Meet artists, publishers, and other art book enthusiasts while browsing participating vendors and shopping an incredible range of artist books, zines, and publications.

Committed to exploring temporality, its name is a dedication to a former studio in Los Angeles, now based in Philadelphia. Seaton St. publishes and distributes titles that examine the intersections of site, language, and memory, including archival histories, social identities, and geographies.
