Operating through a labor-driven model—handling design, printing, and distribution—it produces diverse formats, from novels to zines, primarily via print-on-demand (with 50% of profits to authors) and limited editions. This decentralized structure supports experimental and socially engaged content while reimagining publishing economies beyond market constraints.
