Coming from a background of editorial illustration, letterpress printing and book making, Sophia’s work is heavily influenced by printmaking techniques and commercial art. Sophia will be presenting a series of small, hand painted wood books with elements of embroidery and letterpress. Through this collection Sophia attempts to solve a persistent, personal puzzle: how does one give form to the divine?
