Pittsburgh Art Book Fair (PABF) and Carnegie Museum of Art invite you to join a community of makers, readers, and appreciators of artist books. The annual PABF is a free annual event dedicated to printed matter featuring local, national, and international exhibitors. Meet artists, publishers, and other art book enthusiasts while browsing participating vendors and shopping an incredible range of artist books, zines, and publications.

The deadline to apply to be an exhibitor is May 1st, 2025.

higu rose

higu rose is a graphic novelist and illustrator based in Pittsburgh, PA. higu’s work is inspired by their experiences as a queer and trans person of color living in western PA, as well as eastern iconography and the aesthetics of shoujo and “boys love” manga. higu is currently working on a series called YINZ CITY, which is a slice of life comic about a small group of queer friends. they work in paint, ink, fiber, and printmaking.
